Shipping policy

At Nutritiouz, your health and convenience are our top priority. We aim to deliver a seamless shipping experience through trusted logistics partners.

·       All orders are processed within 1–2 working days from the date of order placement.

·       Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

·       Delivery timelines are:

o   Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

o   Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 working days

·       Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp update with the tracking details.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please reach out to us at support@nutritiouz.com within 24 hours of the delivery update. We will investigate the issue with our logistics partner. Please note that we cannot process such claims raised after 24 hours.

Returns & Replacements

We ensure every Nutritiouz product you receive meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and freshness.

We accept returns only in the following scenarios: - You received the wrong product - The product is damaged in transit - You received an expired product

To be eligible for a return, you must: - Send an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened (with seal and packaging clearly visible) - Raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email to support@nutritiouz.com

Once approved, we will offer: - A full replacement - OR a refund (processed within 10–12 working days)

We do not accept returns for: - Personal dislikes or allergy concerns - Incorrect address or delivery failure - Incorrect product ordered by the customer - If the customer no longer needs the product

If you wish to exchange a sealed product for another variant of equal value, a Rs. 200 pickup and replacement handling fee will apply. Partial exchange of order is not allowed.

Order Cancellations

·       You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched.

·       Once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

·       Orders deemed fraudulent or suspicious may be cancelled by Nutritiouz at our discretion. We may also cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded, and promotional codes used may not be reissued.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

·       COD is available on most serviceable pin codes across India.

·       A small additional fee may apply for COD orders.

·       If a COD order is returned undelivered or refused multiple times, future COD orders may be disabled for your account.

Payments & Pricing

  • We accept the following payment modes:

o   Debit & Credit Cards

o   Net Banking

o   UPI

o   Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All prices listed include GST and packaging charges. You’ll find a complete tax breakdown in your invoice.
  • Promotions & Discounts: Discounts and bundled offers may be introduced for limited periods. Nutritiouz reserves the right to add, modify, or cancel promotions at its sole discretion.

Customer Account & Address Details

·       To ensure smooth delivery, please provide complete and accurate address details including house/building number, street name, landmark, locality, city, and pincode.

·       If you wish to update your registered email ID, kindly write to us at support@nutritiouz.com. Other account details can be updated directly from your user dashboard.
